A Roman Italian Native, Vincenzo Urso,
who was raised amongst the greatest Italian traditions...
finest culture and old world Italian style cooking,
which are enjoyed by the company of family and truest friends. 
"Enzo" who like his Daughter, was raised in a family owned restaurant,
has stayed close to his Italian heritage and family home-style recipes.  
This only has enhanced his passion for food,
as he illuminates his sautee pan with the most unusual style cooking.  
Chef Enzo says that "Enzzo's is known for their extraordinary specials". 
On a personal note we say here at Enzzo's
 "that anyone who dines here becomes part of the Enzzo's Trattoria family".
