A Roman Italian Native, who was raised amongst the greatest Italian tradition...finest culture and old world Italian style cooking, which are enjoyed by the company of family and truest friends.  "Enzo" who like his Daughter, was raised in a family owned restaurant, has stayed close to his Italian heritage and family home-style recipes.   This only has enhanced his passion for food as he illuminates his saute pan with the most unusual style cooking.  Enzzo's is known for their extraordinary specials.  On a personal note we say here at Enzzo's "that anyone who dines here becomes part of the Enzzo's Trattoria family".
